Does installation require any structural modifications to the building?

No. Park'ɴNest is 100% freestanding and does not attach to walls, ceilings, floors, or any part of the building structure. Nothing is drilled, anchored, or penetrated. The unit stands entirely on its own above the parking space.

Yes. The locker sits elevated above the vehicle at an adjustable height between 43 and 55 inches. This accommodates standard sedans and SUVs comfortably, leaving the parking space fully functional and unchanged.

Residents purchase their locker individually, so there is no cost to the building, board, or HOA. The building approves the program and Park'ɴNest handles all coordination, communication, and installation from there.

Our team manages delivery and professional white-glove installation from start to finish. Residents do not assemble anything. The locker is installed above the assigned parking space and ready to use the same day it goes in.

Every unit is secured with an individually keyed lock — no master key exists. Only the resident has access to their own locker. The enclosure itself is constructed from heavy-duty powder-coated structural steel.
